How do I deal with a calcium deficiency without multivitamins? Cheese/milk are practically impossible to come by and taking multivitamins tends to lead to that frustrating metabolism destabliization/restabilization thingy.

I love the bionic limit. I've always felt that the game should encourage you to specialize a bit more.

I've seem to forgot how to purify water via onboard water purifier. I have a dirty and clean tank, I just don't know how to activate it.

(A)Does the morale penalty for killing innocents or friends decrease the more you do it, like for when you kill zombie children?

(B) Is it possible to build a "resistance" to fear attacks that paralyze you? Certain creatures have the nasty ability to paralyze you just by staring at you, often resulting in you being stunlocked to death. If I constantly get paralyzed from fear attacks, will I eventually get affected less and less?

(C) Is it possible to dig down? I don't have Z-levels enabled.

Nope, only way to go over that is to have the perk that reduces moral penalties (was it like psychopath-trait?) - But morale overall is so minor issue that you can go and kill those zombie kids in any numbers without serious consequences. Just craft the neccesities BEFORE doing atrocities (avoiding the your morale is too low to craft) and sleep over the quilt-trip before doing important training sessions to get good focus. Something like 15:00-18:00 is good time to kill the children - you have crafted the morning, trained a day and then its time to hit the moral low :D

I play with Moodswing-character that gets -200 morale penalties every now and then and when I hit the suicidial feels its time to go shoot squirrels and dogs for meat and gather firewood and do everything that benefits character without requirement to craft or to skill up... hauling stuff is also good way to repent.

Well... by having a planned schedule you can ignore the Psychopath-trait and take for example Accomplished Sleeper. I mean, why be senseless killer if you can simply sleep over anything - including your bad feelings about senseless killings you did when it was ... convenient.

(B) No. They're intelligence based, so you can do drugs to increase resistance.

(C) There is a construction "recipe" for that. It's rather expensive.
