Simple vehicle controls

Sometimes it's nice to have a frame with a battery and a light.
We shouldn't need a welder to install a simple switch.

That requires even more skill than standard controls do,
bear the same tool requirements,
and possess no advantage over standard controls that I can discern.

So like, "control panel", requires electronics type stuff to build and install, can turn things on and off but not drive.  Sounds reasonable.
