Make busses longer and 7 tiles wide: 1 window, 2 seats, 1 aisle, 2 seats, 1 window.

Have a 1 in 10000 chance for a toilet to be a talking toilet, with full dialogue trees.
Running with a weapon out can cause you to trip and impale/shoot yourself.
The Penetrator (from SR3) as a weapon.
Add Heisenberg as a character, who sells 99.9% purity sky blue meth
A cat launcher
Able to use a pillow to smother enemies
Add a gun that shoots guns that shoots guns that shoots guns that shoots guns that....

pissing, you can put out fire with it or cause mob to puke, if you are on fire you can piss on yourself but you will get morale debuff

That's good idea. You can put out live bomb, too. One can also make note around the base to warn random NPC wandering by.

A culture system that the player can influence.
Get enough focus in honor and NPCs will go full samurai, including seppuku
Get enough focus in crazy and everyone becomes tainted meat cannibals or worse. 
Get enough focus in "lazy" and they still send you on missions but they change to stuff like, "Get me some potato chips" or, "Physically push me onto a bed."

Tbh chili pepper should be a viable crop.

It is common vegetable, so seed is not rare. It can grow in Hungary and Korea, so it is used to cold climate. Chili is ingredient to several kinds of in-game food, too.

++: You have what is basically a manipulation stat, you choose the dialogue option they are most likely to respond to, and then they kill and die for you. It's almost just as mind-rapey really.
