IRC Banlist - Persons, Reasons, & Durations
« on: October 25, 2013, 06:12:52 PM »
This post will contain the current status of the IRC banlist, and will be updated by the mod responsible whenever a user is banned or warned, with the cause of the infraction, and when the ban will end (if it is limited in duration).

If you believe you have been banned in error or as a mistake (for example, if you find yourself banned since this list was created but your name is NOT on the list, or if you remain banned after the expiration date) please send a PM to BlackGyver on the IRC. Discussing a ban is possible; no matter the circumstances, you're welcome to defend your case with the person who banned you.

To PM people on IRC, use /query TargetNickname or /msg TargetNickname. Also keep in mind people may be under alt nicks for various reasons, the most common being a temporary disconnection. If you can't reach the person, try adding an underscore (_) or a grave accent (`) at the end of the nick. /whois TargetNickname will also let you know if the person is currently online under the specified nickname.

Know that a ban evasion (coming back on the channel through various ways after being banned) is not the solution to discussing a ban. At the very least, it will double the duration of your ban.

Ban duration is at the discretion of the IRC mod, but they generally go increasing for repeated offenses.

IRC moderators, feel free to edit this post as desired rather than posting responses.

Since transferring to freenode, all previous bans have been deleted.

Can the date of banning be added to the non permanent bans?

Sorry to Linux users, Unity3D's webplayers do not work on Linux as far as I know.
