I need to remember how to make fried rice.

Boil rice. Add cooked rice to really hot wok/pan with a splash of some variety of oil or fat. Add other tasty stuff. Season with whatever you like. Toss/stir until done.

Now that I've given you the basics, I want to see what you create. Be sure to post your recipe so I can add it to the list!

how about...

Salties breakfast casserole!

what you'll need
6 eggs
half an onion
1 green pepper
1/2 pound of bacon (or maybe a full pound if you like)
2 potatoes
1 cup chopped mushrooms
as much cheese as you think you can handle

Chop the bacon into small bits about the size of your thumbnail and fry it. once thats done, set it aside. chop up the onion and green pepper and cook them in the bacon grease (or dump out the grease and use 1/6th a stick of butter), starting the green pepper about two minutes before adding the onion. once the onion and green pepper are just about finished, add the chopped mushrooms. it should all finish cooking after about 1 minute or so. set all that aside. chop the potatoes into tiny pieces or, if you have a tool to do so, shred them. add them to the pan with a bit out oil (or the bacon grease if you saved it) and cook them until they are just starting to brown at which point you should add all the vegetables and mix them in thoroughly. once the potatoes have browned a bit, flip them and add your 6 eggs. the eggs can either be beaten to break the yolks (the best way) or added as they are yolk whole (if your into that sort of thing.) put a lid over the pan and let it sit until the eggs are cooked all the way through. add the cheese and bacon to the top and allow the cheese to melt, then serve hot.

It makes a lot of food, so adjust the recipe as needed or cook it when you have company.

Looks like my original post has run up against the per-post character limit. I'll rework it to use a hotlinked Googledoc tomorrow and add your recipe, saltmummy626.

N- no! I've watched my mom make fried rice like she does, I've done it myself, but I can't remember...

Okay, saltmummy626's 'Salties breakfast casserole' has been added to the recipe compilation.

All recipes are now contained in a Google Doc linked in the OP.

Eh, I could remove mine.

Nothing will be removed.

Let me add my own!

Coleslaw and Friend's REALLY GROSS and PAINFUL Ramen pizza!
With activities!

You will need the following ingredients:

One packet of Shrimp flavored ramen noodles
One Tostinos Party Pizza
Cheddar cheese
your own tears

Steps
Cook the party pizza, follow directions on box.

When the pizza is about done, prepare the noodles, follow directions on packet if you really don't know how to cook them.

When the noodles are done, pour them into a bowl, mix the flavoring with them, and mix them around.

Put cheese on top of the pizza, followed by the noodles. The cheese should melt due to the hot noodles + pizza.

Have everyone take a small slice, complain about how shitty it is, and claim the rest as your own. Proceed to consume the entire thing, then use the plastic plate the pizza was on as a platform for firecrackers. Afterwards, do really fucking dumb shit with the firecrackers, giving yourselves first degree burns.

It got so cold, I had to wear 4 pairs of socks under my boots, even then my feet were barely warm enough to not get frostbite.

Sounds nasty but I've made worse stuff in the kitchen.

But no matter, it's now in the archive!

If I could figure out how to keep the grease down, this would have been perfect... It came out a tad undercooked too sadly. I tried making Calzones.

Took a bag of Mozzarella Cheese, A can of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, Some black olives, and some pepperoni, unrolled the thing of crescent rolls, trying to keep em together (and failing, there were two others half the size of the one pictured above) sprinkled some cheese in it, layered the pepperoni on top, then cut up some olives and threw those in. Rolled em up, sprinkled some cheese ontop, ripped up some more pepperoni and threw that on top, then more cheese. Cooked it for 15 minutes, but probably could have stood for another two minutes or so to be fully cooked.

If anyone has any ideas on how to reduce the grease please tell me. XD You can see some of it on the tin foil from one of the smaller ones still...
But then deafness, yes. I forgot about deafness. It would be deafness with a :( face though.

I'd put it on a wire rack in a pan, so that anything that cooks out of it drips off and it's not sitting right in it.

If you format your recipe to be a bit more easily-readable I'll add it to the compilation.

And that still looks quite tasty!

I tried that once, it melted into mom's cookie rack and she was about ready to kill me... ...though come to think of it there are pizza pan things at work with holes in them, should work fine...

As for the taste, it tasted okay, I've done better, unfortunately I was also sick for the better part of ten hours after eating that. XD

As for formating, my methods for cooking are almost disturbingly similar to the CDDA recipe system.. XD But... I will try:

You will need:
Paper Can of uncooked Crescent Rolls (1)
Plastic Bag of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (4) (I think I bought a pound?)
Plastic Bag of Pepperoni (4) (I didn't use all of it)
Tin Can of Black Olives (1)

Unroll the crescent rolls as best you can without separating them, it'll work still if you do, it just gets harder. Spread the cheese on top of your unrolled dough to your liking, I used the whole damn bag. Put pepperoni on top of the cheese as desired, chop the olives up to your liking and put them on top of the pepperoni then roll up the crescent roll stuff again. Put some cheese on top of that roll, then some ripped up pepperoni, then more cheese.

Cheese.

Throw that in the oven at 350 F for about 17 minutes, check on it after awhile, the grease is your biggest problem.
But then deafness, yes. I forgot about deafness. It would be deafness with a :( face though.

Very nice; I've added it to the compilation.

I hope your next attempt works out even better, and if you develop any new tricks to improve the results let me know and I'll add them to the recipe.

No picture, but something I like
Fried Noodles with egg

things you need
cooked pasta (no particular amount)
1 or more eggs, depends on amount of pasta
crushed red pepper flakes
salt and pepper
Butter (any kind, though I've only ever done to this with regular butter, results may vary)

Put butter in hot frying pan and allow it to melt. Add red pepper flakes to melted butter and then put noodles in pan.
Cook until butter is mostly gone and then add eggs. Cook until the egg is completely done.
Put into a bowl or on a plate, season with salt and pepper to taste.

First time trying to explain how to cook something, so apologies if this is terrible.

There's nothing wrong with your recipe.

And now it's part of the compilation!
